VINTAGE RIFLE SCOPE

Vintage means it is older and not a new manufactured item. New in scope terms means never mounted in its original box with paperwork, working properly and no visible wear or ring marks from mounting.  New other would be a scope with no wear working properly without original packaging.  You can't ban someone for not describing their listing properly, but he is probably on his way to an NAD claim and or Negative feedback.

If you would like a refund and this is not just a rant, return to the listing and click eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.

Open a case for item not as described and follow the prompts. Don’t let those crucial deadlines pass without responding.

But that’s if you want your money back.

For the rant part,

Sellers don’t get kicked off because of one less than positive transaction.
