Permanently restriction

Greetings. I am a seller on eBay. from 30 November 2022 my account has been restricted with unknown reason. i have not a single negative feedback. not a single buyer has complain to eBay or any case. Never cross the eBay rules and regulations while selling. but my account is restricted. i have sent email several times. i have submitted my versification two times. today i got message for permanent restriction with no reason or complain by buyer. All the parcels has been delivered. i have 1045.64 $ are on hold. Which has not been released i dont know why.  this is my store. https://www.ebay.com/usr/jojo_mex

Please give your opinion what should i do? i follow and provide all the requirements.

When they suspended your account, they would have sent you an email explaining why they suspended it.

What did that email say?

As for what you should do, find another place to sell your balls.

I suspect that eBay believes you sold counterfeit soccer balls.
