Not arrival items

This is the first time I've experienced such a delay and ignored a customer for perlong. Please look into the shoes in attachment. Non them are not delivere yet. And the tempedglass I received  crack and broken. I had paid for these items. please revert back to this immediately.

Ebay only gives you 30 days past the estimated delivery date to file a claim.

Pay Pal gives you 180 days from the time of purchase to file a claim.
