Silverplate or not?

I found some forks I can't identify maker or if plated. Halmark looks like a turkey😊 Any ideas? Thanks!IMG_7871.JPG

It's Russian silver I believe by Kolchug-Mizar? Just did some quick research so I could be wrong. Good luck.

Ok a couple people called it "Russian Silver" so assumed they meant solid silver but many people do call plated items silver so maybe it is just that.

The mark that looks a bit like 'MHU' means that this is an alloy of copper, nickel, and zinc.  Very often items made of this were silverplated.  The other mark that looks a bit like 'u1p37K' is the original selling price, in this case 1 ruble and 37 kopeks.
