Need Help Identifying Silver Hallmark

I need assistance identifying this hallmark. It is on a silver plated fish flatware set. I think it is British, not sure. Thanks for any help.

Pretty sure it’s the 10th line. Frederick C. Asman & Co.

The EP is is electroplate.
