where to find local pick up

I have a plastic collasable plastic doll house which is pretty large so I thought Id try local pick up 

but while Im filling everything in I dont see an option for this where would I find this

Can you post a screenshot of the shipping section of your listing form @dznypal55 ? Instructions on how to find the local pickup settings will be different if you're using the app, the basic listing tool, the business listing tool, or business policies.

I use a desktop for ebay not an app or my phone

I know how to do a screenshot but how do you do that so you can put it here
