Probably seller doesnt care about shipping and never shipped your order. It's very popular before Christmas. Check the estimated delivery time and open a case as not received item. Ebay will give seller 2 -5 business day to answer. After that time you can escalate the case and get your money back in one hour.
I'm afraid you don't get the item you ordered, unless you ordered it from China (shipping can take more than one month). Ask seller about the tracking number - no answer - no item. Open a case.
