where do i go to link my paypal for shipping charges

There are so many slots to fill with paypal that its confuesing me and I can not for the life of me find it so I can finally print out this shipping label by buying it with my paypal. Can someone help

Check that your account is set up to sell.

Make sure you have a PayPal account with a valid bank card attached.

Also, link your eBay account with your PayPal account.
If you plan to sell on eBay,  set up an automatic payment method.
