what happen to Ebay Standard Envelopes? Is not longer available?

I was using the ebay Standard Envelope for the past 3 months with no problem to sell my sporting trading cards.

Yesterday, I sold a cheap card and the buyer select that option, but i cant print the label, is not available. I contact the support they can't gave me a real answer. One guy told me i was using the incorrect category, but that no make sense because is the same category Sport Trading Cards that I used for all previous cards. 

Other one told me because I was from Puerto Rico that option is not available but I'm using that option to sell for several months with no problem and If a buy a card that option is available for me to select it. So make no sense those answers.

The Ebay standard envelope option is available if a create a new listing but If I open  the shipping calculator tool that option is gone too. I'm always using the same letter dimension and 2oz.

So anyone with the same issue these days?

I've been shipping to PR using the standard envelope and sometimes it is fine, sometimes it does not work. It seems to be related to how the buyer (assuming they are in PR, I am not so this is from a perspective of shipping there from the mainland) set up their account. If PR is chosen as a "Country" in their setup you can't use that shipping option. YMMV, but what I have seen.

I went to revise a listing for a Pokémon card this morning and it asked me to choose a shipping method and standard envelope was no longer an option. Why? It was a great program for both sellers and buyers.

It is still around. What category were you using.

They messed up the whole shipping options. Now on,y one choice and some convoluted answer about how you lost it.   Another suck item change from the powers.
