All you can do is wait to see if the item arrives by the estimated delivery date provided and if it does not you open INR with eBay's MBG

I believe your item is shipped from Netherlands also referred to as Holland.
Was your shipment through GSP?
Or
You paid your seller postage amount in addition to his listing price?
Were you advised by eBay that item has been dispatched and tracking number you have shown was part of that message?
Or
Did you get a message from buyer advising you of tracking number?
I ask this as it is always possible that seller made a mistake when typing the number in and that is why this is not being recognised.
If your seller is an individual and not a business then it is also possible that seller has not visited their eBay account and have not seen your messages.
You are protected by eBay and there are only 2 possible outcomes.
You will get what you paid for
OR
You will get your money back.
If you don't get your item say 7 days past expected delivery date and tracking is not recognised/ not updating then simply open an Item not received case and matter will be resolved within a few days.

I note that package carrier is shown as "China Post".
I note that estimated delivery date given is September 02.
As far as I know eBay system will not allow you to open an INR case till September 03.
Your lack of experience in buying on eBay is apparent to me as seller has a feedback score of 11 and positive of 60%.
Your seller was also new/ in experienced and got things horribly wrong which may have been due to language or translation.
