Often very overcharged by UPS and Fedex does the same,. Shipping cost$20,will become $50,shipping cost $32 will become 50=$82 Its a total loss on the value of these items,and fraud,and Ebay charges the seller immediately and says they will do something to correct it,or tell you they decided in your favor after an hour on the phone and expect to see a refund that never comes. I know the post office makes mistakes and can addon a charge, but have never been screwed big time by USPS. My time is worth $1 or 2 an hour selling like this.
UPS is going downhill, stock price, lost Amazon business, layoff of thousands last year and recently ..Ebay is going to lose sellers except maybe for those shipping low cost lightweight trinkets with USPS earning peanut wages.

This is strange. I've read several people with this issue lately.
I wonder if they are charging full counter price rather than the discounted eBay price..

Were your items in oversized or irregularly shaped packaging?

Sometimes it's best to ship an item going to a UPS or Fedex or USPS store directly having a clerk quote the price of shipping an item and see what is going wrong. They can do this for free.
I am not saying do not make your own shipping labels...but sometimes finding the problem itself and correcting it might help.

It was taken to an official UPS store and the employee said its laser checked and didnt want to bother rechecking.There are youtube videos on this overcharging ,so I am not alone. Its fraud and they dont care. The corporate return to investors is the main goal.

I was told 6-10 days reimbursement,now the agent says that I should call them UPS(waste of time from many experiences). Just shift the responsibility to the other party.. S.O.S. over and over again.

So 6-10 days to get refunded , Be ready for UPS for retrying to get the funds back by use of collections even though they refunded you over their billing mistake to began with. Several years ago UPS refunded me $200 in shipping cost do to their failure to delivery on time based on service I paid for shipped to a customer . well I got a call from collections and I called UPS about ,back then customer service was at corp. Office . So I talked to customer service ,got sorry for screwup it will be taken care of. Well it took 8 phone calls and threat of lawyer for them to get collections removed.
