trying to contact ebay with a problem not in their list of items

I need to contact ebay (phone or email or chat or whatever) about a problem i'm unable to do in their list of standard items. Help

I hate when that happens to me. Frustrating as HECK!  They need a "others" or "not listed here" category. 

As a last resort, select a wrong reason, then when you get a live human being, explain to them the real reason why you're contacting them.

In total agreement with inhawaii -- just click on the "Help & Contact" icon at the top of your screen, and click on ANY button until you are finally given a phone nimber to call eBay.  When you finally reach a live human being, you can begin to explain your problem.

There is absolutely NO reason for eBay to make contacting customer service so difficult!
