All sellers don't use tracking but you can go to My ebay then Purchase History
It should give you an estimated delivery date.
Watch that date if it doesn't arrive by a few days after the estimated date then you can contact your seller, if they don't help you then you would open an item not received case in the Resolution center
Always following dates if you open a case so you can ask ebay to step in if needed
