I bought a preamp and piezo from Hong Kong abought 4 or 5 days ago and am tracking it through MS China but it is like it hasn't even started shipping yet.The due date to be here in Indiana is the 20th of january. Should I be concerned or how long does it take before you can start tracking it? would be thankfull for any tips on how this works. Thank You.

No need to worry sometime their shipping times do vary.  If the packages has not arrived by estimated delivery date. Contact them or file a item not recevied case with eBay

Their's just no way your package can make it from China to USA in 9 days. I never knew you could track China shipments from the USA but I don't buy from china. Remember eBays delivery dates are only estimates and very Optimistic at that. Good Luck to you.

Thank you. It tells you on ebay who the carrier is and I just googled it to track it. I know it wont get here that fast but I figure it would be in transit by now. Whats funny if I contact the seller I write in english i wonder if he could read it ? lol Larry the cable guy needs to get a hold of this one.

I'm sure they have Translators. China sellers get subsidized shipping, paying only pennies on the dollar, but if you had to return this item, for any reason, it would cost you more to return then what Item is worth. China sellers know this, you order a nut, they send you a bolt, and it's rusty at that. I wish you the Best of luck.

What you said is not true.

If OP does not get what was described in the listing, the Chinese seller is required to pay for return shipping or the buyer gets to keep the item and gets a refund.

Shipping from China can be as fast as overnight (you can order an iproduct from Apple in the middle of the night, and it's delivered by FedEx bright and early the next morning. lol), and tracking is certainly available, depending on what the seller offered in the listing.

Some do, some don't. I don't. Thank you for this Information, but I perfer to support American Business. (How does a China seller Issue a USA return shipping Label?)  Should you want a refund, Is it not true you have to return the Item First? I'm old school, and I perfer to spend my money where I earn it. Some here think China offers such great Deals at Low prices, then flood these answer boards with the Problems they are having with these sellers. In Business as in Life, you get what you pay for. Login to eBay using the Access code at the bottom of that email you received also 3 or 4 weeks ago, and start a refund request for item not received.
