hi I buy something on Ebay last week Wednesday the seller mark as shipped & post tracking number & according to USPS the not received the package I send a question to my seller two days ago the seller is not responding

When a seller purchases postage, eBay marks it "shipped" whether or not the package is actually shipped. 

When a package ships, then the tracking will begin showing the item in transit.

My guess is that your seller has not yet shipped the item.  Maybe he went on vacation.

You posted the same thing yesterday. Why not just wait until after the latest estimated delivery date (which is 7/6)?

We told you yesterday when you posted this yesterday that sometimes tracking doesn't update, and there's still a chance of delivery.
