tracking cannot be linked from paypal to ebay...I will lost the Top Rate Seller Logo

Why the tracking number I input in Paypal cannot be reflected in ebay now ?    I just back to work this week after my vocation.  Is something was changed ?  I just found that all of tracking number I input yesterday cannot be reflected in ebay today.  That means ebay will said that I shipped late.    And I will lost my Top Rate Seller although I shipped all my orders on time.

- Did ebay change any in inputing tracking number ?

- Does it means I must input tracking number in ebay ?  Or I must use some shipping service in ebay in order to get smooth in the tracking information in ebay ?

Appreciate if any member can or ebay team can let me know.

*** Ebay always changed their process.  Although I work very very hard to ship all my order same day and within our promise , many of my order was still "shipping late" in ebay due to ebay's poor system.

I am only curious - but why would you upload the tracking into PayPal instead of eBay to start with?  eBay is where it needs to be - and will cross over to PayPal automatically.

I don't use Ebay shipping, I use stamps.com

I upload my tracking numbers in to Ebay, and they always add to Paypal automatically.  I've never once added a tracking number in Paypal, and see no need to.

Why would someone upload to PayPal instead of Ebay?
Because when your processing hundreds of items it's always been faster to use PayPal.
They are supposed to cross post automatically once entered.
Also, there are many out there who use PayPal for shipping not Ebay, why? because again it's faster.

I found that if I "switch to classic add tracking page", the tracking number can be linked from paypal to ebay finally.

I understand upload tracking to ebay is one of the solution.    But why so many changes from ebay which make me have further trouble.
