No tracking number since monday 17th

Every order i placed had tracking number. On monday, every order that had tracking number, no longer shows it. Is this because i refuse to give ebay my SS# and bank access ? I hope eBay will not prevent me from BUYING using PayPal.

Ebay labels - tracking number not propagating to order details or sold items page
