In addition to the excellent advice given by @rebell45 , I'll add this.

Sellers are smart to add tracking to their shipments but are NOT required to have tracking on any shipment.  The key is usually the last estimated delivery date (EDD).  If an item does not arrive by that day, then the next day you can file an Item Not Received (INR) case.

I see you are in Sri Lanka, did you make a purchase from a USA based seller? Reason I ask is that eBay policies differ a bit in different countries.   This is the Community for the USA, so it might make sense to ask any questions on the Community board in the country where item was purchased.

Might make some sense to be familiar with the Money Back Guarantee for the site where item was purchased.  There is a list of those sites at the bottom of this page.

Re: track

Go to your purchase history in my eBay,  if the item has shipped,  there should be a tracking number. Not saying that you will be able to follow it on eBay if it's coming from China, or another country, but you may be able to find the carrier's website by Googling the tracking number.

If the number is not showing in your purchase history,  contact the seller.
