We need more information in order to help you.
Did you move recently and forget to change your address on ebay?
Did you intend to send the item to a friend but forgot to give their address?
Did the item have tracking that had a Delivered scan, but you did not receive it. If that happened did you get info from the shipper saying the item was not addressed to you?
There is nothing much you can do about the first two things, except contacting the seller tell them what happened and ask them to cancel the transaction, and you will buy it again and put in the correct address.
If what happened was the 3rd question, let us know so we can tell you what to do to get a refund.
