Hi, i did bought some items to the same seller, but the estimate delivery after doing was more days after because the Covid. OK. The longer estimate date was on 25 of June and the thing is if i want to contact Ebay the item doesn't appears on the list to ask for Ebay support, because the seller is taking to much time to solve the issue.
The item was bought on March 13, already is 4 mounths, when usually is 1 and half mounths to arrive.
There is any way to ask for support on another way?

I think you should still be able to open case in Paypal (if you used that for payment).
Has your seller ever responded (or you just never asked about that issue)?
