"WHAT SHOULD I DO?"

DO just what you did with your previous sales.  Wait until eBay lets you know that your buyer has paid.
As I recall, eBay sends sellers an e-mail saying It's Time To Ship Your Sold Item -- or words to that effect.

The buyer's shipping address is given to you by eBay.

Using that shipping address provided to you by eBay, create a shipping label in the same manner you did with your previous sales.  If you are using eBay's International Shipping, the delivery address may be in the state of Illinois.  OR if the buyer is using a freight forwarding service, the delivery address might be in the state of Delaware.  OR I suppose you might even be given the buyer's home address somewhere in Australia.

Depending on the type of item, you might want to use additional packing material, bubble wrap, etc.   I don't know of any special requirements for packaging specifically for Australia.  (This assumes, of course, that you always pack your sold items carefully!)

It looks like you are enrolled in eBay International shipping. All you need to do is after the buyer pays print the label just as you would if it was a buyer in the USA. You will ship to a consolidation center in IL and then the package will be sent to your buyer in Australia, Make sure you include a packing slip inside the box for customs processing.

IF you are in the EIS program, you pack it like if shipping to another state.  You will know if you are in the program by looking at the paid item and look at the address.  If you are in the program, it would say buyer's name and then you see some code and the address will be in the USA.   NO forms to fill out.  Once the item gets to the ebay hub, they will add a new label and fill out any customs form.    They will want you to put an invoice inside the box.

You got paid to ship to the hub.  The buyer paid at the same time to get the item from the ebay hub to them but the seller NEVER sees this money.

Yes and no.   Is the ship to address in Texas? If yes, everything is Ok. If you have to edit the address, you will void your seller protection. But if the item is cheap,  and buyer has a lot of feedback, go ahead and ship.  All of my buyers from Australia have been dolls.  Yesterday , I got another one.  The item will ship through EIS today.
