When is ebay gonna notify sellers that usps rates are going up and by how much? ebay enjoys helping the seller as much as l enjoy a boil on my forehead

Not before the new rates get their final approval.

They usually post proposed rates late in the year, then they get approved and then go into affect in late January (similar with the other carriers). Last year was weird one and they had holiday rates for Oct- Dec. Since they've now done that, I expect that it'll be an annual thing now. They announced that only a couple weeks ahead if I recall. I had to quickly adjust my prices for the holidays and then just left them for when the annual increase arrived.

Letters, post cards and flats ONLY are being increased. There is NO indication of any increase in packages.

It is always amazing to me that people panic instead of just asking the source.
