You need to void the shipping labels in order to get a refund.

File a police report, & submit it to eBay should it become appropriate.

Your buyers expect to receive the items that they purchased & you may have INR cases filed by buyers who do not agree to cancel.

You also face the possibly of receiving neg transaction feedback, from some of your buyers
