I'm not clear what you need help with @fmb_4698 :

- Do you need help converting the tie measurements from centimeters to inches for the listing description? Go to Google and in search type convert cm to inches

- Do you need help with measurements for shipping? If so, measure the outer packaging you will be using to ship. If the envelope is, for example 9" x 6" x 1", those are the measurements you enter in the shipping section of the listing form.

You do not need to measure an item like a necktie in order to ship it.

Measurements are important with things like, for instance, a framed picture, or a coffee pot.
