Hi, I bought an items from the  three  sellers a one   ago. they already shipped the items , i didn;t get

How can  i immediately cancel the item  or  What should I do when the money is returned to my wallet?

If you do not receive your packages  by the last estimated delivery date(and tracking does not state delivered) you need to open a not received claim within 30 days to receive a full refund

How long have you been waiting? Are the items beyond the expected arrival time on the original listing? Have you been tracking progress via tracking number the sellers should have provided?

If you are beyond the expected arrival time and you have a tracking number see where the items are. Some times delays happen. If these are international shipments patience is necessary. If you have no tracking number contact the seller and ask them if they have a tracking number (it may be in your sales record if you haven't looked). If they don't respond file and Item Not received Claim.

I wouldn't try an cancel the purchase unless the seller lets you know that item has not shipped and you let them know you want to cancel.

I'm sorry but your post needs clarifications.

i didn;t get  Do you mean you didn't receive what you purchased?  What were the estimated delivery date. And you can not cancel the purchases. If they are past the stated delivery dates you can file an INR (item not received) and wait for a reply from the sellers.

  Yes they have sown it .  they have provided tracking , but the thing is my country is lock down yet.  last three weeks postal didn't work,  therefore  may be in this week i think all settle .  I have to clarify it.  i hope it .

Yes I didn't get an items what i purchased 

Estimated date they have mentioned one month ,

No really,  I didn't cancelled the orders , actually I sent msg to them,  because i have  given  chance to them,  because I thought i can transaction with chat 

And from my side my country lock down at that time and the postal didn't work properly, so i thought i have wait and see.

They have mentioned tracking and the delivery date. And already shipped it.

No really i won't cancel the orders, because i have chat with them.

I have given a chance to check the details they have provided 

Already passed one month and  weeks.
But they have given good feed back for me so that i return to them

I think i should transaction with them so that clear to both sides.

I have to wait and see
