I sold 3 items. One is heavy and I want to ship it in it's own box and the other 2 items in a second box. The customer paid for all 3 items in one invoice. I don't know how to print a label and have tracking for 2 packages with varying weights etc. from this one invoice. help!
After you print the label for the first package, the next screen will have a link that says something like 'Print another label for this order." That link brings up a fresh label-prep screen where you can adjust weight etc. and print a second label.
