shipping problems with FED-x

Over the past year I have had 4 items shipped by  sellers using FED-X to which never arrived, FED-X says they were delivered but thy were not delivered. FED-X is impossible to contact about problems, they have the system set up where you can never get through to them. Has any other buyers had this problem with FED-X?

I have problems with FedEx in my area and their CS is the worst to deal with.

Create an account at FedEx.com so you'll get email alerts of incoming deliveries. You'll get notices with a time frame when packages are out for delivery and most of the time they'll provide a photo on delivery so you can see if the package was delivered to your neighbor in error.

their tracking always says "out for delivery" but it is not delivered. My security camera shows that they never even come down my driveway! I am retired , disabled, and always at home so I know they did not deliver.
