shipping options missing when listing new items

is anyone else having trouble finding the shipping options mine is gone.. the area where you choose priority ground etc is gone on my pages when i try to list a new item

I am also, I hope its a glitch and not another stupid decision on ebay, Maybe we should sell all new items as used to get rid of the headaches.

I am having issues as well.  No weight area, box size, etc.  Any news?

Yes, I am noticing this as well, very frustrating.  I just listed something and didn't catch that till I tried to list a second item.  I've saved it to draft and will go un-list the first one, I can't risk not getting paid the right amount for the shipping.

Yep, I can't input package sizes/weights or add any shipping options. eBay has added one automatically to my listing that I can't even see until I look at the public view of the listing. I don't have any Business Policies created and I made sure that "Autofill pricing details" and "Autofill shipping details" are unselected.

just spoke to an agent. The issue with no ability to enter dimensions or weight is a system wide issue right now. They are working on it.

There's another thread on this in Selling.  Devon from eBay has just entered an update that the Product team is currently working on a fix for this.

An update from eBay Support:

"this sounds like an emerging technical issue on site as we have received couple of similar samples and our technical team is working rigorously to fix the issue as soon as possible."

I'm having the same issue. all good this AM listing then shipping options gone around noon. Still not working

@meleenapoo This is back to normal on my end, but if anybody is still running into the problem and has an immediate need to get around it before the fix is rolled out completely:

Use 'sell similar' from one of your existing listings (or use the app). Using 'sell similar' worked for me to get around the problem.
