I just had a buyer message saying she would like to buy my listing if I offered shipping instead of local pickup only. The problem is that I do offer usps ground advantage and priority as well as local pickup. I am looking at my listing as I am writing this and it shows a shipping option. So I sent a link of my listing to my son who opened the listing on his computer and low a behold my listing does not show a shipping option. What is going on?
I revised the listing and it was set up for shipping correctly. Revising it did not help. So next I deleted of my 3 of my 5 shipping policies so I only have one 2 choices for all of my current listings. I deleted free shipping, local pickup only, and some old usps calculated policy I had for 5 listings. My shipping policy now only shows ground advantage and media mail as the only 2 policies. I just now revised the listing my buyer messaged me about and had my son check out my listing and it is now showing shipping and no more local pickup. I think am all ok now. I cant help but wonder how many hundreds of my other listings were not showing a shipping option to buyers. Has this happened to any one else? So to recap my listing shows shipping to me when I look at them but not to anyone else on ebay.
