Hello, can someone explain to me how the buyer is able to change my shipping method when I distinctly say "I ship priority mail"? When I print out the label it says buyer chooses media mail or first class which has no insurance advantage.

That is a fairly comment complaint on these boards.
HOWEVER
I put it to you that the BUYER did not change/choose the shipping method. How much did they pay? Was it the correct PM price? I have noticed that when you click on print label eBay opens the page and arbitrarily highlights one of the shipping methods simply because it doesn't know how to leave it blank. The buyer has no control over that.
It is NOT a command that you must use that one. You are free to change it willy nilly as you see fit.

as richard1rst posted.................. buyer can't choose a method not offered.
That is the confused eBay. Due to coding, or something it sometimes defaults to show something not offered or chosen. Perhaps dimensions, who knows?
If you hover where it says "buyer selected" there will be a display showing something about it.
On over 90% of my listings, buyers are not given a choice, but eBay often displays a shipping service that is not even allowed based on the item being shipped.
You can choose the service as long as you do not "downgrade".

I only looked at your sales back to 4/28, but those all list First Class. You could add insurance, though.

and not knowing which listing it is ............................ not much more can be said.
like mtgraves, I see nothing sold recently with the account used that specified "Priority" for shipping.
