shipping labels

I posted this last night and no help at this point. I checked a few more things out today. E-bay said to go to manage shipping labels so I clicked on their link. Then they said to click reprint. There was no reprint. The second item I sold is not even on the list of items sold. I can find it on the original page where it asks sellers to leave feedback ( which also says that I already sent the item) but nowhere do I see an option to buy the shipping label for that Item. Help!!!

I don't follow what you're trying to explain @sed-teacher.

You sold 2 items. You did or did not purchase shipping labels?

1. Go here and find the orders: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

2. Confirm the items have been paid for.

3. Check to see if there is tracking information. If there is and you need to reprint the labels, go here and choose reprint under the actions drop down: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub

4. If there is no tracking info then you should be able to purchase labels from the actions drop down on the orders page (first link above)

I read your first post on the mentors board and it sounds as if you purchased a label for the first item and when you went to purchase the second label the purchase shipping label link was gone.    Is that what happened?  I’m assuming that  both items were not purchased by the same buyer?  

Is the second order showing on you the All Orders page in sellers hub?  Is there a tracking number next to it? If not try try marking the item as not shipped and see if you can then print a label. I have no idea if that will work.
