shipping labels not working

what do i do if my shipping labels are not working

Been having a problem this morning. If I change the weight or dimensions then I can't select the appropriate service.

If I don't change the dimensions or weight and refresh the page 3 or 4 times I can print.  I am able to select a different service (like switching from parcel select to Priority) with no problem.

This is fun....

Hey @ruralhometreasures we are aware of this issue and working to get labels up and running as soon as possible.  We have also updated our tech board with this info for ALERT14741.
