shipping label fees

I stumbled across a page (which I cannot find now) that shows I owe Ebay shipping label cost. I never use Ebay shipping. Where can I find my accrued shipping label fees?

If you've never used eBay to print shipping labels, you won't find an accrual on eBay.

If you have... Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels.

Hi @smoking44s if you owe anything for shipping we will send an email with that info. Did you see something in your messages stating you owed money?

No, I stumbled upon page and cant find it again... . I use the label option for buyers addresses. Is there another way?
