shipping label disappeared after my power went out

I was in process of purchasing a shipping label and before I could, my power and internet went out due to storm. Now item shows as shipped but I dont have a label. I went to reprint shipping label and that item and label is not there. So I dont have purchase shipping label button or a way to reprint it. Have not been able to get help from ebay in general so here I am. Anyone know what I can do? This never happened to me before. Thank you!

You should have an option to re-print the label here.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

Thats what I am saying. Its not there. Thats where I can usually do it. Its just not there/ Thank you though.

1. Find the order on this page:

Do you see a tracking number?

2. If you pay for labels with eBay funds, go to your transactions page here:

https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true

(If you pay with PayPal, then check PayPal for the transaction.)

Do you see a transaction for a label for that order?

If the answer to both questions is no, then your label purchase did not go through and you will have to buy a new label @newrevival . If your answer to any of those questions is yes, then come back for more help.

If its not showing here, then purchase another label.  Otherwise it will show up here in your transactions list.

A final note.  Hopefully it hasn't been more than 7 days since you originally purchased the label?  After 7 days the option to reprint or void goes away and once the item has been scanned by the carrier the re-print usually is gone too. (I can't reprint any of my labels since they are all shipped or have been done for a few days)

the only thing I could find is the button that says purchase another label, which I did, This is day 2 and will have package out in time which is what really matter to me. somehow first label thats said to have happened as iitem was marked shipped,  didn't happen. Anyways, it is off to post office now so I am good. If I get charged for the first label so be it. Just chalking this up to a new experience on ebay. In a nut shell....

-Power and internet back on

-Item shows as shipped , no purchase label button, no printed label, no tracking number

-went to reprint, nothing there for this item at all

-nothing on transaction page for this label (possible glitch of simply being marked shipped only instead)

-did purchase another label and worked without a hitch . 

-all good, package on way to buyer~

In the future, you can also unmark an item as shipped (manually marking it as not shipped) then the options for labels should once again show up.  I think.

As you said, it may have managed to mark it as shipped, but never finished the label transaction.

Make sure the tracking number for your purchased label is showing up on the order/item.  If not, add it.
