I got Oder from Canadian buyer last 20 (20/09/2021) , and still tracking details not showing . when I am trying to checking that tracking details still it doesn't upload to the eBay tracking system. Then I try to track my item that I send to my first customer with another tracking site it shows it 21/ provided tracking number that mean the date I give it to post office and after that it shows 27/09/2021 it handover to Canada post .
but the unfortunate thing is now my seller account is restricted . I think this tracking update issue is the main reason for this account restriction .
so kindly somebody please help me or give me solution to resolve this issue . also I am selling 100% eco friendly hand made my own jewelry. and I am trying to contact eBay team and ask the reason that why my account was restricted but with there policies I thinks they cant tell me the reason directly . So please help me and advise me a correct guide line to active my seller account again .
