sellers use BFE to re-label items, so they can fake list "from USA"

sellers use BFE (re-shipping service from California) to re-label items coming from China mainland. 

BFE prints a label when you purchase, and it lays dormant for weeks. The item is then shipped from China to BFE, where then they stick that label on and send it to you as a buyer. BUT you thought the item was coming from CA , so thinking it would get to you in one week. BUT no you see tracking shows, USPS waiting for item for WEEKS... And then BOOM it starts moving after 3 weeks. The seller tries to BUY your feedback for a refund as item never shows up in time. EBAY does NOTHING and doesnt care.... Seller STILL has items listed out of California..

Im sick of this platform and DONE , personally.... This platform has be ruined by FRAUD...

EBAY has been BOUGHT BY CHINA....

When you suspect this type of thing happening to you, open an item not received case against the seller on the last day of the est. arrival dates.  That will put a kink in their scam system.

I did , and Ebay does  nothing..

And now ( a week later) the item finally arrived, so now they wont refund me.

They got away with it..... again..

I had it happen to me too and even on late delivery Ebay still gives them additional like 10 days to deliver.

Disgusted really bu not much you can do. Reported it too and ebay does not do anything.
