Hello! I recently bought a coach bag on eBay and apparently the seller sent the wrong color of the coach bag. She is asking me that once it comes, to return it and as soon as I get the wrong bag I got. Should I trust them? I can either do as she asked and return it, then she’ll hopefully ship my bag but I’m not sure if that can even be documented on eBay. I’m assuming there’s an option to put in a second package being shipped? I just don’t want to be duped and not have the benefits if it’s not documented on eBay. Should I do the eBay money back guarantee to be extra safe and just buy the bag again? Thanks:)

Open an official Money Back Guarantee return as follows
Go to your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will either say RETURN THIS ITEM or MORE ACTIONS. If MORE ACTIONS click that to locate RETURN THIS ITEM click that
Next click doesn’t match pictures or description.
You may be required to upload a picture, after that you can click submit, complete return.
Your seller has 2 days to issue a return label or refund, if by day 3 you don’t receive a return label or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
If you receive a return label be sure to mail the item back before the deadline. Once the seller receives the item back they have 2 days to refund. On day 3 if no refund is sent you can ask eBay to step in.
Good luck.

Yes. If the wrong item arrives you should file an item not as described case. That way it will be handled by eBay rules.
By the way, if you happy with the item you receive your NOT required to return it. While buyers can file a case if they receive the wrong item, there is no such option for sellers. There is no I sent the wrong item and want it back case a seller can file on a buyer.
