seller provided RMA but I can't continue the process

The seller provided RMA

Oct. 24 :

Seller approved your return

Oct. 24 :

You requested a return

I don't know what should I do now...Click ask ebay to step in，it always told me below:

In item detail it shows 

This return was closed on Oct 24, 2019 because the seller opened a case.

Doses this means the seller agree my return request and close the process at sameday ？What should I do if I still need return this item？Please help~~

I suspect the seller had eBay step in and they closed your case for some reason? Might want to call customer support.

What kind of case did you open? or how did you start the return?

What reasons did you give for the return?

Have you received the item already?  On what date?
