seller protection for winter storm delays in the southeast

Just wondering if ebay will provide seller protection for delays in items getting mailed? For the most part US Postal did not work in our area (Macon GA) on January 22, 2025.

They usually bail sellers out that don't prepare ahead of time.

The protections are applied automatically if your area is included. Any shipping metrics hits for the month of January updated/fixed on the 20th of February.
