seller didnt ship, doesnt reply to messages, i cant find a way to contact ebay (live in Europe)

bought item on 1st march. estimated delivery extends up to May. so i think seller intentionaly didnt ship and hopes to surpass paypal protection time. (60days?) then he gets to keep the money. ebay choked all the ways to write them or chat with them. i cant find a way to contact them in any through their help topics and buttons. not gonna call, since i live in europe, it would cost a fortune

help!

 

p.s. seller is from China... although has 99.7 rating

You don't need to contact ebay yet. They cannot and will not do anything for you. The seller is NOT required to mark the item shipped or upload tracking so unless the seller said they didn't ship, do not assume they haven't. Its not uncommon for Chinese sellers to ship without marking the item shipping & upload tracking. You cannot open an item not received case until May, once the latest delivery estimate passes. It would be a good idea for you to read ebay and paypal's policies because you have 30 days from latest delivery estimate to file with EBAY and 180 days from the date of payment to file with PAYPAL. Shipments from China DO take 4-8 weeks.

thanks for input. im a many year and quite experienced buyer here. they might not mark as shipped (although very rare in my experience) but not relplying to multiple messages might mean something, right? where i am, simple shipping takes usually 2weeks. sometimes a week, max 3-4.

Chinese sellers are not known for communicating. The estimated delivery date is provided by ebay based on the sellers handling time and shipping method. The best thing you can do is stop buying from China. Once the latest delivery estimate passes, if you haven't received your item and you open a case the seller will try to stall you until the case automatically closes. If you leave bad feedback they will harass you and try to get you to change it under the promise of a refund--and if you do change it, they won't refund you.

Can you please help me. I haven't received my screen protectors since 5 months. My order was placed March 14th 2017, its more that 5 months the seller keep on saying its coming from China. I want to contact ebay, but can't search(pull) my order on Resolutuion center Nor in the contact ebay.

But I am able to see the order in my purchase history.

I have even tried to put the order number and the seller name & still nothing.

Its just so stressful that its not even an email to contact ebay.

Please help.

@ajwad1983 Ebay does not offer email support on eBay.com and unfortunately you have waited too long to get help from them. You had 30 days from the latest delivery estimate to file an item not received case and 60 days from the date of payment to leave feedback. If you paid with PayPal then you have 180 days from the date of payment to file a case with them so do it immediately!!! You have to use ebays resolution center when you don't recieve an item or you get it and it's not as described. You don't call or email eBay, you go to the resolution center and open a case.
