seller can't send my order cause of the wrong address on order

my address has been changed on my account but not on my order and he can not send it i need help so he can mail it out to me

Sellers are required to ship to the address provided on the order or they lose their seller protection.  The seller would need to cancel the order and you would have to repurchase with the correct address.  It's up to the buyer to keep their shipping information current.  Make sure that your shipping address is correct on your account before making the purchase.

The seller can  refund your payment  and you can then pay again with the correct address.
