Recently sold items. They were sold in good condition and received in good condition. Buyer installed both item and broke one. He wanted a return on it since it broke. I told him you broke it, not my problem. Buyer opened a case using the excuse items were reproduction. Not that it broke but that the problem now was they was reproduction. I never stated in the listing one way or another since I didn't know. Buyer admitted he suspected they was but that it didn't matter. It only mattered after he broke one. Ebay rep told me that if I didn't refund, they would. As a seller were are our rights? Who is protecting us? Ebay is a buyers market and a losing ground for sellers. Any thoughts??

It's eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Accept the return and issue a return label if you are required to or eBay will be asked to step in by the buyer in a couple of days and eBay will refund them with no return. If you do not want the item(s) back then just issue refund without return.
Again, its eBay's Money Back Guarantee terms forcing you. You agreed to it when you decided to sell here.

If buyer claims they are fake, not much you can do.
If you want the items back before refunding, accept the return and pay return shipping.
If Ebay has to get involved, they can refund the buyer from your account and let them keep the items.
