Sold and shipped a lot of 2 pushup bras. Arrived in timely manner.
The day the bra were delivered the buyer messaged me asking to exchange from cup B to a cup C. Which led me to believe the buyer underestimated the pushup feature.
I do not offer returns but am well aware "no return" means nothing. While was getting ready to respond to the buyer's messages here comes Return Case.
And while I try my best to work with buyers to the best of my ability, in this case I felt like I just had to decline the return for several reasons:
1. Like was mentioned above, bcs the buyer asked to exchange for a cup size up, I strongly suspect the push up feature was underestimated.
2. The bras were new with tags- obviously in order to put them on, the buyer had to removed the tags and hangers (the bras were attached to the hangers with those plastic ties). There would be no way for me to re-sells the bras as new if returned.
3. The sale included free shipping (fairy low price to begin with).
So now, I am second guessing myself... Frankly speaking, I only had 2 issues in the past when the merchandise was damaged while in transport which was settled and both parties were satisfied...

What kind of case did they open? What happens next depends a lot on that. Does Not Fit, you can deny the case. Not as Described, you'll have to issue a label and refund when you get them back. Being a TRS, you'll have the option of issuing a partial refund. But, be aware that they can always go to their payment source and file a charge back. In which case you may lose your money and the item.

The reason for return was "Didn't fit". I did decline the request. Before I knew it, the neg feedback arrived...
I refreshed the page and the neg is gone.... Does eBay automatically remove neg feedbacks when it comes to buyer's remorse cases? Since when?
And right after the case was declined, the funds on hold were released... Dang, that was supersonic.
