scan forms

Im struggling with scan forms my post office prefers I use them however I ship throughout the day.  And do not want multiple scan forms.  I also like the option to ship one item at a time to avoid confusion.   Id love the end of the day option to print a scan form for when i bring all packages out.  Anyone have this issue?

I don't use ebay labels anymore but as far as I remember, you need to go to this page:

https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk/scan-forms

and use the blue button 'buy labels'. You can do it throughout the day, adding labels to that page. At the end of day, unless there is a glitch, you should be able to print the SCAN form.

When you use other services, their process is normal, i.e. you print labels throughout the day (you don't need to go first to that SCAN page) at the end of day you click on 'crate SCAB form, and the form is created.

The problem with ebay system is that if you forget to go thru that page and start printing labels thru the item link, these labels can't be added to the SCAN form. Perhaps ebay fixed that, but I doubt.

I don't use the scan forms, but what I hear, you have to print the labels all at one time.

I do one order at a time also and they should fix it where you can print a scan form at the end of the day and include all the labels since the last scan form.

You must purchase labels thru "bulk shipping" to use the scan form.

You must purchase a minimum of 2 labels at a time to use bulk shipping.

You can purchase "bulk shipping" labels throughout the day and generate 1 scan form at end of day.

So, if you have 10 packages, you can purchase 2 labels (at 5 different times during the same day) and get 1 scan form at end of the day which will cover all 10 tracking numbers. I do this method frequently - no problem. 

Any single purchased shipping labels WILL NOT be included on the scan form. Have the postal employee scan these packages separately.

Be sure to verify the weight and shipping method for each package right before final purchase of your labels.
