USPS click n ship rates are cheaper than ebay rates

how do OR can you  use USPS click n ship  service if the buyer has paid already for their purchase. USPS click n ship rates are cheaper than ebay rates on oversized large boxes. It was easy shipping with paypal but in MP's now. thanks

You can still ship via PayPal

Just upload tracking to the transaction.

No. eBay pays you the money that the buyer pays for "shipping $ handling. It is not eBay's business what the actual shipping cost is.

You ship for whatever it costs you to ship.
