Hard to comment when you provide no details, it's possible that you need to have a close look at the printer settings, specifically the page size. Printer settings usually override any specifics provided by the source.

Of course "not printing wrong size" would actually be a good thing! I assume you meant that it IS printing the wrong size.

I've never used Rollo.  But did scan QR code on eBay, then brought my item to the PO.  I watched with my mouth wide open (not literally) how the clerk printed the label on their thermal printer and slapped it on the box.  It  was so cool!  You might want to try.

On the create label page look to the lower right where the current  label format is shown.  Click CHANGE and select the correct size.
