If you opened a return for defective and the seller accepted to return you should have the return label within the return case. If the seller is not in the United States you would need to find out how much the item will cost to be shipped to the seller. The seller is supposed to get your PayPal email address to PayPal you the funds to return the item along with their return address.
You can also go back to the return case on the date eBay indicated when you started the return to ask them to step in.
