A buyer should not have to buy a return lable from ebay that is wrong they need to go back the way it was.

The reason for the return decides who pays return shipping.

If buyer changed their mind or the jeans or t-shirt doesn't fit, buyer pays return shipping.

If item was damaged or not as the seller described the item, seller pays return shipping.

I'm not sure what you are complaining about.  But, if you want to return an item you do not have to use the return label from eBay ... you are free to go to the post office and pay more money at the counter.
