Hi I purchased several items from a seller and two of the items were delivered damaged. the seller said i need to return them so he will refund me back. just wonder who should pay for the return fee?

Go to your Purchase history page. Click on More actions next to each item, and select Return this item. Then Arrived damaged, short comment, and Send request.

If your seller does not provide a prepaid return shipping label, you will see an Ask eBay to step in button after 3 business days.

As others have said, you have a item that is not as described. Go to My EBay, Purchase History, find the item and choose Return this item and then Doesn't match description or Arrived Damaged. The seller is responsible for return all shipping costs. Once you get a pre-paid shipping label, simply return the item and wait for your refund. Do not accept an exchange. Always take a refund and then repurchase if need be.
