return in error

I sold something then the buyer made a return  on me but a few minutes layer she closed it and said it was under the wrong item.  It still being held against me which I dont think is right.  

Any suggestions how to get this taken off of my account?

Since the buyer closed the return request, there's no harm to you or your account. No need for you to do anything at all.
